01Competence for the work
Tasks need people with relevant training, knowledge and experience. Site inductions and assignment-specific instructions support that competence. Individual qualifications and product knowledge are considered in relation to the actual work.
02Safety in the environment
Installation and service activity must fit the site’s access arrangements, risks and operating controls. Planning, briefings and coordination with the responsible team form part of the work.
03Inspection and handover
The work should be checked, relevant results recorded and outstanding items identified. The operating team needs useful information rather than an unexplained handover.
04Quality and follow-through
Define how the work will be checked, who reviews findings and how remedial actions are closed. The service review should connect the agreed specification with the condition and performance seen at the location.
05Information and privacy
We ask for information relevant to the enquiry and use it to respond. Security-system access, customer records and project information require appropriate control.
